Maintenance - RAID Hardware Maintenance (1/24/2008, 6PM-10PM PDT)

Dear iHubNet Customers,

This notice is to inform you that your service will be affected by maintenance being performed by iHubNet staff. Details of the maintenance are below.

Date: Thursday, January 28th, 2008
Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Pacific time
Scope: RAID hardware maintenance on gaia server at Los Angeles Datacenter


Maintenance description:

iHubNet staff will maintenance on RAID hardware of gaia server. This work is part of a maintenance plan to prevent future RAID hardware failure.


Service impact:

During this maintenance, we might shutdown the server power to check inside of the server. However, if we need to power off the server, maximum scheduled-downtime will be one hour, so we can do maintenance on RAID hardware and will replace it if it requires so.

If we do not require to shutdown the server power, there will be no downtime at all during the maintenance.

There will be no loss of data.
